 How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • Shipping times vary for each of our restocks. Please see the product description of the items you are ordering for specific details. 

What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?

  • Reach out to The Dusty Shop via our Contact page and we can begin the process of replacing the product. This goes for all products that are damaged or defective.

What kinds of damages qualify an order for replacement? 

  • Large creases, scratches,  or other major product flaws can qualify for replacement. Please reach out to us with photos of the damaged items.

What kinds of damages disqualify an order for replacement? 

  • Small bends in the corners, small blemishes or scratches, and any damage sustained after unboxing. Please reach out to us with photos of the damaged items. 

My order had to be reshipped to me and I live in a country that implements a VAT. Will I have to pay for that again? 

  • If your order has to be reshipped due to an error on our part, it is declared as a gift and thus is typically exempt from the VAT or other fees. However, some countries choose not to honor that and will require the VAT be paid, which cannot be avoided. 

What size of ACOTAR dust jackets should I purchase?

  • Our ACOTAR dust jackets are offered in two sizes: existing U.S. hardback edition and the new Bloomsbury box set (ISBN 9781635577716). Please check the ISBN of your ACOTAR book to determine which size will fit your books.

I ordered the wrong version of the ACOTAR jackets. What can I do? 
  • Please send us an email! Depending on stock, it may be possible for us to swap out your jackets for the correct version.

Will the art on the ACOTAR or TOG dust jacket sets ever be made as prints?

  • No, the art on the dust jacket sets will be exclusive to dust jackets.

Can I buy one specific dust jacket/bookmark or do I have to buy the full set?

  • Dust jackets and bookmarks can only be purchased in full sets.

Will there be a cart hold?

  • No, there will not be a cart hold.

What if I change my mind about my order?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. 

I forgot to add a coupon code to my order at checkout. Can you add this later?

  • Unfortunately, coupon codes have to be added at the time of purchase in order to be valid.

How can I find out when products will be restocked?

  • We announce all of our restocks on Instagram (@thedustyshop) and to our newsletter subscribers!
I sent an email already but haven't heard back. What should I do? 
  • Please be patient with us as we are a very small business! We aim to respond to all of our email inquiries within 1-2 business days. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails in a row.
