  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds after an order has been placed.


  • At this time, we are unable to accept returns. Please see below for additional information on how to proceed if you have received a damaged or defective item.


  • All of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please check the product descriptions of each item you intend to order for additional information on processing time. Shipping times and costs do vary based on location, but once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or text message with tracking information. USPS estimates domestic delivery times within 1-2 weeks and international delivery within 3-4, but please understand there may be delays. 


  • All inquiries regarding damaged items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
  • We quality check all of our items before packaging them, but sometimes damage can occur during processing and shipping. If you receive any items that are damaged or defective, please reach out to us at with some photos and your order number and we will get started on sending you a replacement! 


  • All inquiries regarding lost or missing items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement. 
  • Before sending us an email, please check around your property, mailbox, and with your neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to your local postal service. If they are unable to locate your package, please then reach out to us and we can begin the process of getting a replacement sent out to you! 


  • We ship virtually anywhere! International shipping costs and taxes are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.  
  • Beginning in July 2021, all orders being delivered to countries within the European Union (EU) will be subject to a Value Added Tax (VAT)Unfortunately, we are not able to collect this tax at checkout, so the customer will be responsible for paying this at the time of delivery. 
  • If your order is returned to us for failure to pay the VAT, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. No refunds will be offered for orders returned under this condition.
